We want clients to feel good about working with us. This page explains how refunds work for the build fee and the monthly care plan.

Free demo first

You see a real demo of your website before you pay anything. If you don’t want to move forward after the demo, you owe us nothing.

$499 build fee

The initial $499 build fee is non-refundable. It covers the design, development, and launch of your website. Because you approve a live demo before paying, there are no surprises.

$39 monthly care plan

You can cancel the $39 monthly care plan at any time. There are no contracts, cancellation fees, or minimum commitments. Your care plan stays active through the end of your current billing period, then stops automatically.
